Merfyn Williams Memorial Lecture
The series of Merfyn Williams Memorial Lectures was established in October, 2008.
Merfyn Williams (1949-2007) was a lecturer and former principal of Plas Tan y Bwlch Study Centre. He gave an active life of service to promoting understanding of Snowdonia and the Welsh countryside and to campaigning for the environment, communities and heritage.
The lectures will be held through the mediums of Welsh and English in alternate years, in order to ensure as wide a range as possible of themes and contributors.
